Kampong Bharu Development Corporation Act 2011 s 34
The Corporation may, with the approval of the Minister, adopt with such modifications as it deems fit any regulations, rules, policies, circulars and directives enacted or issued by the Federal Government in relation to any matter under this Part.
Perbadanan boleh menerima pakai peraturan-peraturan, dsb.
Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, menerima pakai dengan apa-apa ubah suaian yang difikirkannya patut, apa-apa peraturan-peraturan, kaedah-kaedah, dasar, surat pekeliling dan arahan yang diperbuat atau dikeluarkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan berhubung dengan apa-apa perkara di bawah Bahagian ini.
