Restricted Residence (Repeal) Act 2011 s 2
(1) The Restricted Residence Act 1933 [Act 377] is repealed. (2) The repeal of the Restricted Residence Act 1933 shall not affect any order issued or made, or action or proceedings taken, under the repealed Act prior to the date of coming into operation of this Act.
Pemansuhan Akta dan kecualian
(1) Akta Kediaman Terhad 1933 [Akta 377] dimansuhkan. (2) Pemansuhan Akta Kediaman Terhad 1933 tidaklah menjejaskan apa-apa perintah yang dikeluarkan atau dibuat, atau tindakan atau prosiding yang diambil, di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.
