Restricted Residence (Repeal) Act 2011 s 3
Notwithstanding subsection 2(2), on the date of coming into operation of this Act, any order issued or made under the repealed Act which is still in force on the date of coming into operation of this Act shall cease to have effect and any pending action or proceedings under the repealed Act shall be discontinued. Perintah hendaklah terhenti berkuat kuasa, dsb.
Walau apa pun subseksyen 2(2), pada tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, mana-mana perintah yang dikeluarkan atau dibuat di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan yang masih berkuat kuasa pada tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini hendaklah terhenti berkuat kuasa dan apa-apa tindakan atau prosiding yang belum selesai di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah dihentikan.
