(1) The Authority may, in writing, at any time after the receipt of an application under section 28, request the applicant to give to the Authority within the period specified in the request additional information, particulars or document.
(2) If any additional information, particulars or document required under subsection (1) is not provided by the applicant within the period specified in the request or any extension of time granted by the Authority, the application
shall be deemed to be withdrawn and shall not be further proceeded with, but without affecting the right of the applicant to make a fresh application.

Maklumat atau dokumen tambahan
(1) Pihak Berkuasa boleh, secara bertulis, pada bila-bila masa selepas permohonan di bawah seksyen 28 diterima, meminta pemohon supaya memberikan maklumat, butir-butir atau dokumen tambahan kepada Pihak Berkuasa dalam tempoh yang ditentukan dalam permintaan itu.
(2) Jika apa-apa maklumat, butir-butir atau dokumen tambahan yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen (1) tidak diberikan oleh pemohon dalam tempoh yang ditentukan dalam permintaan itu atau apa-apa masa lanjutan yang diberikan oleh Pihak Berkuasa, permohonan itu hendaklah disifatkan telah ditarik balik dan tidak boleh diteruskan lagi, tetapi tanpa menjejaskan hak pemohon untuk membuat suatu permohonan baru.
