Medical Device Act 2012 s 32

s 32 Power to impose additional conditions and to vary or revoke conditions

The Authority may, at any time— (a) impose any additional conditions on the designated medical device permit; or (b) vary or revoke any of the conditions imposed on the designated medical device permit.

Kuasa untuk mengenakan syarat tambahan dan untuk mengubah atau membatalkan syarat

Pihak Berkuasa boleh, pada bila-bila masa— (a) mengenakan apa-apa syarat tambahan ke atas permit peranti perubatan yang ditetapkan; atau (b) mengubah atau membatalkan apa-apa syarat yang dikenakan ke atas permit peranti perubatan yang ditetapkan.
