s 39 Complaint handling
An establishment shall establish and implement documented procedures and maintain records of reported problems or complaints relating to the safety and the performance characteristics of its medical device.

Sesuatu establismen hendaklah menyediakan dan melaksanakan tatacara yang didokumentasikan dan menyenggarakan rekod bagi masalah atau aduan yang dilaporkan yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan dan ciri-ciri prestasi peranti perubatannya.
