Medical Device Act 2012 s 41
An establishment shall undertake corrective or preventive action in relation to a medical device imported and placed in the market which may include— (a) the return of the medical device to the establishment; (b) modification of the medical device; (c) exchange of the medical device; (d) destruction of the medical device; or (e) specific advice on the use of the medical device.
Tindakan pembetulan di lapangan
Sesuatu establismen hendaklah menjalankan tindakan pembetulan atau pencegahan berhubungan dengan sesuatu peranti perubatan yang diimport dan diletakkan dalam pasaran yang boleh termasuk— (a) pemulangan peranti perubatan itu kepada establismen itu; (b) pengubahsuaian peranti perubatan itu; (c) pertukaran peranti perubatan itu; (d) pemusnahan peranti perubatan itu; atau (e) nasihat khusus tentang penggunaan peranti perubatan itu.
