s 7 Chairman
(1) The Chairman of the Authority shall preside at all meetings of the Authority. (2) In the absence of the Chairman for any reason, he shall appoint the Deputy of Director General of Health to carry out the duties of the Chairman.

(1) Pengerusi Pihak Berkuasa hendaklah mempengerusikan semua mesyuarat Pihak Berkuasa. (2) Semasa ketiadaan Pengerusi atas apa-apa sebab, Menteri hendaklah melantik Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas Pengerusi.
