s 8 Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1) The appointment of a member of the Authority, other than the members appointed under paragraphs 4(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d), may at any time be revoked by the Minister. (2) A member, other than the Chief Executive, may at any time resign his office by a written notice addressed to the Minister.

Pembatalan pelantikan dan peletakan jawatan

(1) Pelantikan mana-mana anggota Pihak Berkuasa selain anggota yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 4(1)(a), (b), (c) dan (d) boleh, pada bila-bila masa, dibatalkan oleh Menteri. (2) Seseorang anggota selain Ketua Eksekutif boleh pada bila-bila masa meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberikan notis bertulis yang dialamatkan kepada Menteri.
