s 41 Expenditure to be charged on the PR1MA Corporation Malaysia Fund

The PR1MA Corporation Malaysia Fund shall be expended for the purposes of— (a) paying any expenditure lawfully incurred by the Corporation; (b) paying for the remuneration, allowances and other expenses of the members of the Corporation, the Approvals and Implementation Committee, the committees and employees of the Corporation, including the granting of loans, scholarships, advances, any other financial assistance and other allowances; (c) paying for the allowances and other expenses of the members of the Appeal Tribunal; (d) paying any other expenses, costs or expenditure in relation to the procurement of goods and services, including the engagement of consultants, legal fees and costs as well as other fees and costs, properly incurred or accepted by the Corporation in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act or any other written law; (e) purchasing or hiring plant, equipment, machinery and materials, acquiring land and other assets, and erecting buildings, and carrying out any other works and undertakings in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act or any other written law; (f) repaying any moneys borrowed under section 45 and the interest due on the borrowed moneys; (g) investment under section 46; and (h) generally paying any expenses for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

Perbelanjaan yang hendaklah dipertanggungkan pada Kumpulan Wang Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia

Kumpulan Wang Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia hendaklah dibelanjakan bagi maksud— (a) membayar apa-apa perbelanjaan yang dilakukan secara sah oleh Perbadanan; (b) membayar saraan, elaun dan perbelanjaan lain anggota Perbadanan, Jawatankuasa Kelulusan dan Pelaksanaan, jawatankuasa dan pekerja Perbadanan, termasuklah pemberian pinjaman, biasiswa, wang pendahuluan, apa-apa bantuan kewangan lain dan elaun lain; (c) membayar elaun dan perbelanjaan lain anggota Tribunal Rayuan; (d) membayar apa-apa belanja, kos atau perbelanjaan lain yang berhubung dengan pemerolehan barangan dan perkhidmatan, termasuklah pengambilan khidmat perunding, fi dan kos guaman serta fi dan kos lain, yang dilakukan atau diterima dengan sepatutnya oleh Perbadanan dalam pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini atau undangundang bertulis yang lain; (e) membeli atau menyewa loji, kelengkapan, jentera dan bahan, memperoleh tanah dan aset lain, dan mendirikan bangunan, dan menjalankan apa-apa kerja dan pengusahaan lain dalam pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini atau undang-undang bertulis yang lain; (f) membayar balik apa-apa wang yang dipinjam di bawah seksyen 45 dan bunga yang kena dibayar atas wang yang dipinjam itu; (g) pelaburan di bawah seksyen 46; dan (h) secara amnya, membayar apa-apa belanja bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
