Where the title of the repurchased PR1MA home has been transferred or vested in the Corporation pursuant to section 53, the Corporation may proceed to take possession of the PR1MA home on the expiry of a period of ninety days after the service of notice on the owner or interested person to take possession.
Mengambil milikan kediaman PR1MA yang dibeli semula
Jika hakmilik kediaman PR1MA yang telah dibeli semula itu telah dipindah milik atau diletakhakkan pada Perbadanan menurut seksyen 53, Perbadanan bolehlah mengambil milikan kediaman PR1MA itu apabila habis tempoh sembilan puluh hari selepas penyampaian notis kepada pemunya atau orang yang berkepentingan untuk mengambil milikan.
