Postal Services Act 2012 s 10

s 10 Minister may grant licence

The Minister shall have power to grant— (a) a universal service licence; or (b) a non-universal service licence, for the provision of postal services on such terms and conditions as he thinks fit and in accordance with this Act.

Menteri boleh memberikan lesen

(1) Menteri hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk memberikan— (a) suatu lesen perkhidmatan sejagat; atau (b) suatu lesen perkhidmatan bukan sejagat, bagi melaksanakan perkhidmatan pos atas apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkannya patut dan mengikut Akta ini.
