Postal Services Act 2012 s 12
(1) The licensing requirement under this Act shall not apply to the categories specified in the First Schedule. (2) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, amend the First Schedule to include an additional category or delete an existing category as he thinks fit.
Ketidakpakaian
(1) Kehendak pelesenan di bawah Akta ini tidak terpakai bagi kategori yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama. (2) Menteri boleh, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, meminda Jadual Pertama untuk memasukkan suatu kategori tambahan atau memotong suatu kategori sedia ada yang Menteri fikirkan patut.
