s 20 Surrender of licence
(1) A licensee may, by written notice, surrender his licence to the Commission in accordance with the requirements set out in the licence.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a universal service licensee shall, not later than five years from the date of the intended surrender, give written notice to the Commission.
(3) The surrender shall take effect on the date the Commission receives the licence and the notice under subsection (1), or where a later date is specified in the notice, on that date.
(4) The surrender of a licence shall be irrevocable unless it is expressed to take effect on a later date and before that date the Commission, by notice in writing to the licensee, allows the surrender to be withdrawn.

Penyerahan lesen
(1) Pemegang lesen boleh, melalui notis bertulis, menyerahkan lesennya kepada Suruhanjaya mengikut kehendak yang dinyatakan dalam lesen.
(2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat hendaklah, tidak kurang daripada lima tahun daripada tarikh penyerahan balik yang diniatkan, memberi notis bertulis kepada Suruhanjaya.
(3) Penyerahan hendaklah berkuat kuasa pada tarikh Suruhanjaya menerima lesen dan notis di bawah subseksyen (1), atau jika suatu tarikh kemudian dinyatakan di dalam notis, pada tarikh itu.
(4) Penyerahan suatu lesen tidak boleh ditarik balik melainkan jika ia dinyatakan akan berkuat kuasa pada suatu tarikh kemudian dan sebelum tarikh itu Suruhanjaya, melalui notis bertulis kepada pemegang lesen, membenarkan penyerahan itu ditarik balik.
