s 35 Electronic postal services
(1) A universal service licensee may provide electronic postal services to enable an electronic message to be conveyed from the sender to the recipient by way of electronic means.
(2) The Minister may, by rules published in the Gazette, prescribe the scope of and fee for electronic postal services.
(3) The Commission may publish guidelines on matters relating to electronic postal services.

Perkhidmatan pos elektronik
(1) Pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan pos elektronik untuk membolehkan suatu mesej elektronik disampaikan daripada penghantar kepada penerima secara elektronik.
(2) Menteri boleh, melalui kaedah-kaedah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menetapkan ruang lingkup dan fi perkhidmatan pos elektronik.
(3) Suruhanjaya boleh menyiarkan garis panduan berkenaan dengan semua perkara berhubung dengan perkhidmatan pos elektronik.
