Postal Services Act 2012 s 38

s 38 Prohibition on anti-competitive conduct

(1) Subject to section 45, a licensee shall not engage in any conduct which has the purpose of substantially lessening competition in the postal market. (2) A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.

Larangan terhadap perlakuan antipersaingan

(1) Tertakluk kepada seksyen 45, pemegang lesen tidak boleh terlibat dalam apa-apa perlakuan yang mempunyai maksud mengurangkan persaingan yang cukup besar dalam suatu pasaran pos. (2) Seorang pemegang lesen yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
