Postal Services Act 2012 s 64

s 64 Unlawful acts on postal article

A person who maliciously— (a) disposes of or destroys; (b) opens; (c) keeps, detains or hides; (d) delays, abandons or misdirects; (e) tampers with; or (f) obstructs, any postal article in the course of its transmission, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Tindakan yang menyalahi undang-undang pada barang pos

Seseorang yang dengan niat jahat— (a) melupuskan atau memusnahkan; (b) membuka; (c) menyimpan, menahan atau menyembunyikan; (d) melengahkan, mengabaikan atau salah serahan; (e) mengusik; atau (f) menghalang, mana-mana barang pos dalam perjalanan penyalurannya, melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
