Postal Services Act 2012 s 66

s 66 Installation of access points without authorization

(1) No person shall install any access points except with the written consent of the universal service licensee. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

Pemasangan tempat akses tanpa kebenaran

(1) Tiada seorang pun boleh memasang apa-apa tempat akses kecuali dengan kebenaran bertulis pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat. (2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau kedua-duanya.
