Postal Services Act 2012 s 73
(1) A person shall, if at any time requested by the Commission by notice in writing, allow the Commission or its authorized officer access to its records for the purpose of carrying out any of the Commission’s powers and functions under this Act. (2) A person who fails to comply with the written notice under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit.
Akses kepada rekod
(1) Seseorang hendaklah, jika pada bila-bila masa diminta oleh Suruhanjaya melalui notis bertulis, membenarkan Suruhanjaya atau pegawai yang diberi kuasa akses kepada rekodnya bagi maksud menjalankan mana-mana fungsi atau kuasa Suruhanjaya di bawah Akta ini. (2) Seseorang yang tidak mematuhi notis bertulis di bawah subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ratus ribu ringgit.
