Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 s 38
s 38 Service of notices and documents
Service of a notice or any other document under this Act shall be effected on the party to be served—
(a) by delivering the notice or document personally to the party;
(b) by leaving the notice or document at the usual place of business of the party during the normal business hours of that party;
(c) by sending the notice or document to the usual or lastknown place of business of the party by registered post; or
(d) by any other means as agreed in writing by the parties.

Penyampaian notis dan dokumen
Penyampaian notis atau mana-mana dokumen lain di bawah Akta ini hendaklah dilaksanakan kepada pihak yang hendak disampaikan—
(a) dengan menyerahkan notis atau dokumen kepada pihak itu sendiri;
(b) dengan meninggalkan notis atau dokumen itu di tempat perniagaan biasa pihak itu semasa waktu urusan biasa bagi pihak itu;
(c) dengan menyerahkan notis atau dokumen ke tempat perniagaan biasa atau tempat perniagaan yang terakhir yang diketahui melalui pos berdaftar; atau
(d) melalui apa-apa cara lain sebagaimana yang dipersetujui secara bertulis oleh pihak-pihak itu.
