Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 s 40
The Minister may, upon considering the recommendation of the KLRCA, by order published in the Gazette, exempt— (a) any person or class of persons; or (b) any contract, matter or transaction or any class thereof, from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
Pengecualian
Menteri boleh, selepas menimbangkan syor PTSKL, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, mengecualikan— (a) mana-mana orang atau golongan orang; atau (b) mana-mana kontrak, perkara atau transaksi atau kelas daripadanya, daripada semua atau mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini, tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan.
