Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 s 41
Nothing in this Act shall affect any proceedings relating to any payment dispute under a construction contract which had been commenced in any court or arbitration before the coming into operation of this Act. Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh menyentuh manamana prosiding yang berhubungan dengan apa-apa pertikaian pembayaran di bawah kontrak pembinaan yang telah dimulakan dalam mana-mana mahkamah atau timbang tara sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.
