Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 s 18
s 18 Statement by any person who is dead, etc.
A statement made, whether orally or in writing, in the course of, or for the purposes of, an investigation or inquiry into a security offence by any person who is dead or who cannot be found, or who has become incapable of giving evidence shall be admissible as evidence.

Pernyataan oleh mana-mana orang yang sudah mati, dsb.
Suatu pernyataan yang dibuat sama ada secara lisan atau bertulis, semasa, atau bagi maksud, suatu penyiasatan atau siasatan tentang suatu kesalahan keselamatan oleh mana-mana orang yang sudah mati atau yang tidak dijumpai, atau yang menjadi tidak berupaya untuk memberikan keterangan hendaklah boleh diterima sebagai keterangan.
