s 19 Conviction based on testimony of a child of tender years
A conviction obtained based on the uncorroborated testimony of a child of tender years is not illegal, though not given under oath, if the court is of the opinion that the child is possessed of sufficient intelligence and understands the duty of speaking the truth.

Sabitan berdasarkan testimoni kanak-kanak dalam usia mentah
Suatu sabitan yang diperoleh berdasarkan testimoni yang tidak disokong oleh kanak-kanak dalam usia mentah tidaklah menyalahi undang-undang, walaupun tidak diberikan secara bersumpah, jika mahkamah berpendapat bahawa kanak-kanak itu mempunyai kepintaran yang mencukupi dan memahami kewajipan untuk bercakap benar.
