Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research Act 2012 s 28
The Institute may appoint or employ such number of officers and servants as it thinks necessary, and upon such terms as it considers appropriate, for carrying out the functions or exercising the powers of the Institute.
Pelantikan pegawai, pekhidmat, dsb.
Institut boleh melantik atau mengambil kerja apa-apa bilangan pegawai dan pekhidmat yang difikirkannya perlu, dan atas apaapa terma yang difikirkannya sesuai, untuk menjalankan fungsi dan melaksanakan kuasa Institut.
