Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research Act 2012 s 29
(1) The Institute may determine the conditions of service of its officers and servants. (2) The Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 [Act 605] shall apply to officers and servants of the Institute.
Syarat-syarat perkhidmatan, tatatertib dan surcaj
(1) Institut boleh menentukan syarat-syarat perkhidmatan pegawai dan pekhidmatnya. (2) Akta Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib dan Surcaj) 2000 [Akta 605] hendaklah terpakai bagi pegawai dan pekhidmat Institut.
