Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 s 10
(1) A person who is dissatisfied with the decision of the Director General under subsection 8(5) may appeal to the High Court. (2) Subject to any rules made under section 4 of the Subordinate Court Rules Act 1955 [Act 55], the procedure in an appeal to the High Court shall be the procedure in a civil appeal from a Sessions Court with such modifications as the circumstances may require.

(1) Seseorang yang tidak berpuas hati dengan keputusan Ketua Pengarah di bawah subseksyen 8(5) boleh merayu kepada Mahkamah Tinggi. (2) Tertakluk kepada mana-mana kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 4 Akta Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah Rendah 1955 [Akta 55], tatacara dalam sesuatu rayuan ke Mahkamah Tinggi adalah tatacara dalam rayuan sivil daripada Mahkamah Sesyen dengan pengubahsuaian mengikut kehendak keadaan.
