Strata Management Act 2013 s 119
The Tribunal shall make or cause to be made a written record of the terms of— (a) every agreed settlement reached by the parties under subsection 112(3); and (b) every award made by it under section 117.
Award dan penyelesaian hendaklah direkodkan secara bertulis
Tribunal hendaklah membuat atau menyebabkan supaya dibuat suatu rekod bertulis mengenai terma— (a) tiap-tiap penyelesaian yang dipersetujui yang dicapai oleh pihak-pihak di bawah subseksyen 112(3); dan (b) tiap-tiap award yang dibuat olehnya di bawah seksyen 117.
