s 121 Challenging the award on ground of serious irregularity
(1) A party to the proceedings of the Tribunal may, upon notice to the other party and to the Tribunal, apply to the High Court challenging an award in the proceedings on the ground of serious irregularity affecting the awards.
(2) If there is shown to be serious irregularity affecting the award, the High Court may—
(a) remit the award to the Tribunal, in whole or in part, for reconsideration; or
(b) set the award aside in whole or in part.
(3) For the purpose of this section, “serious irregularity” means an irregularity of one or more of the following kinds which the court considers has caused substantial injustice to the applicant:
(a) failure by the Tribunal to comply with section 113;
(b) failure of the Tribunal to deal with all the relevant issues that were put to it; or
(c) uncertainty or ambiguity as to the effect of the award.

Mencabar award atas alasan ketidakteraturan yang serius
(1) Suatu pihak kepada prosiding Tribunal boleh, apabila notis diberikan kepada pihak yang lain dan kepada Tribunal, memohon kepada Mahkamah Tinggi untuk mencabar suatu award dalam prosiding atas alasan ketidakteraturan yang serius yang menjejaskan award itu.
(2) Jika terdapat ketidakteraturan yang serius yang menjejaskan award, Mahkamah Tinggi boleh—
(a) mengembalikan award kepada Tribunal, secara keseluruhan atau sebahagian, bagi pertimbangan semula; atau
(b) m e n g e t e p i k a n a w a r d s e c a r a k e s e l u r u h a n a t a u sebahagian.
(3) Bagi maksud seksyen ini, “ketidakteraturan yang serius” ertinya suatu ketidakteraturan mengenai satu atau lebih jenis yang berikut yang mahkamah berpendapat telah menyebabkan ketidakadilan yang substansial kepada pemohon:
(a) kegagalan Tribunal untuk mematuhi seksyen 113;
(b) kegagalan Tribunal untuk menangani semua isu yang berkaitan yang dikemukakan kepadanya; atau
(c) ketidaktentuan atau ketaksaan mengenai kesan award itu.
