s 124 Regulations in respect of the Tribunal
(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the National Council for Local Government, make such regulations as may be necessary or expedient in respect of the Tribunal.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for—
(a) prescribing the duties and powers of members, the Secretary, and officers and staff of the Tribunal;
(b) prescribing the limit of the total amount in respect of which an award of the Tribunal can be sought;
(c) prescribing the procedure of the Tribunal;
(d) prescribing the forms to be used in proceedings under this Part;
(e) prescribing and imposing fees and providing for the manner for collecting and disbursing such fees;
(f) prescribing the costs or interest applicable to proceedings in the Tribunal; and
(g) prescribing any other matters for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Part.

Peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan Tribunal
(1) Menteri boleh, selepas berunding dengan Majlis Negara bagi Kerajaan Tempatan, membuat apa-apa peraturan sebagaimana yang perlu atau suai manfaat berkenaan dengan Tribunal.
(2) Tanpa menjejaskan keluasan subseksyen (1), peraturanperaturan boleh dibuat bagi—
(a) menetapkan kewajipan dan kuasa anggota, Setiausaha, dan pegawai dan kakitangan Tribunal;
(b) menetapkan had jumlah keseluruhan yang berkenaan dengannya suatu award Tribunal boleh dituntut;
(c) menetapkan tatacara bagi Tribunal;
(d) menetapkan borang untuk digunakan dalam prosiding di bawah Bahagian ini;
(e) menetapkan dan mengenakan fi dan memperuntukkan cara bagi pemungutan dan pembayaran fi itu;
(f) menetapkan kos atau bunga yang terpakai bagi prosiding dalam Tribunal; dan
(g) menetapkan apa-apa perkara lain bagi penjalanan peruntukan Bahagian ini yang lebih baik.
