s 42 Existing notices, orders, etc.

(1) Any notice, order, action, direction or other document prepared, issued or made by the Commissioner under the repealed Act shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue and be deemed to have been prepared, issued or made under the corresponding provisions of this Act. (2) Any decision made by the Commissioner under the repealed Act shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue and be deemed to have been made under the corresponding provisions of this Act.

Notis, perintah, dsb., yang sedia ada

(1) Apa-apa notis, perintah, tindakan, arahan atau dokumen lain yang disediakan, dikeluarkan atau dibuat oleh Pesuruhjaya di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah, setakat mana ia selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini, terus dan disifatkan telah disediakan, dikeluarkan atau dibuat di bawah peruntukan yang bersamaan dalam Akta ini. (2) Apa-apa keputusan yang dibuat oleh Pesuruhjaya di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah, setakat mana ia selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini, terus dan disifatkan telah dibuat di bawah peruntukan yang bersamaan dalam Akta ini.
