Strata Management Act 2013 s 44
Where an appeal has been made to the State Authority under section 41 of the repealed Act and the appeal has not been dealt with or disposed of immediately before the commencement of this Act, the appeal may be dealt with in accordance with that repealed section as if this Act had not been enacted.
Rayuan yang belum selesai
Jika suatu rayuan telah dibuat kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri di bawah seksyen 41 Akta yang dimansuhkan dan rayuan itu belum diuruskan atau diselesaikan sebaik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, rayuan itu boleh diuruskan mengikut seksyen yang dimansuhkan itu seolah-olah Akta ini tidak dibuat.
