A joint management body, management corporation or subsidiary management corporation may, apart from the insurance referred to in subsection 93(1), insure against such other risks as the parcel owners or proprietors may, by a special resolution, direct.

Badan pengurusan bersama, perbadanan pengurusan atau perbadanan pengurusan subsidiari boleh, selain insurans yang disebut dalam subseksyen 93(1), menginsurans terhadap apa-apa risiko lain sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh pemunya petak atau pemilik melalui suatu ketetapan khas.
