Financial Services Act 2013 s 18
(1) A person is a registered person if such person has complied with subsection 17(1) and has commenced its registered business. (2) The Bank may specify standards for registered persons and a registered person shall at all times comply with such standards.
Orang berdaftar mematuhi standard
