Financial Services Act 2013 s 218
Where the Bank is satisfied or has any reason to believe that any person has committed an offence under this Act, the Bank may cause an investigation to be made and for such purpose may exercise all the powers of investigation provided under this Act.
Penyiasatan oleh Bank
Jika Bank berpuas hati atau mempunyai apa-apa sebab untuk mempercayai bahawa mana-mana orang telah melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, Bank boleh menyebabkan suatu penyiasatan dibuat dan bagi maksud itu boleh melaksanakan semua kuasa penyiasatan yang diperuntukkan di bawah Akta ini.
