s 233 Investigating officer deemed to be public servant and public officer

An investigating officer shall be deemed to be a public servant for the purposes of the Penal Code [Act 574], and to be a public officer for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Code and the Evidence Act 1950 or any other written law which the Minister may, on the recommendation of the Bank, prescribe.

Pegawai penyiasat disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam dan pegawai awam

Seorang pegawai penyiasat hendaklah disifatkan sebagai seorang pekhidmat awam bagi maksud Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574], dan sebagai seorang pegawai awam bagi maksud Kanun Tatacara Jenayah dan Akta Keterangan 1950 atau mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri, atas syor Bank.
