Financial Services Act 2013 s 238
(1) There shall be established a committee to be known as the Monetary Penalty Review Committee for the purposes of section 237. (2) The Monetary Penalty Review Committee shall consist of not less than three but not more than five members appointed by the Minister from amongst non-executive directors of the Bank or other persons. (3) The Monetary Penalty Review Committee may determine its own procedures.
Jawatankuasa Semakan Penalti Monetari
(1) Suatu jawatankuasa yang dikenali sebagai Jawatankuasa Semakan Penalti Monetari hendaklah ditubuhkan bagi maksud seksyen 237. (2) Jawatankuasa Semakan Penalti Monetari hendaklah terdiri daripada tidak kurang daripada tiga tetapi tidak melebihi lima orang anggota yang dilantik oleh Menteri daripada pengarah bukan eksekutif Bank atau orang lain. (3) Jawatankuasa Semakan Penalti Monetari boleh menentukan tatacaranya sendiri. Penggal 3 Tindakan sivil
