Financial Services Act 2013 s 263
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Bank and provided that it is consistent with the objects and functions of the Bank under the Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009 or the regulatory objectives of this Act, by an order published in the Gazette, exempt any particular person or any class, category or description of persons, from all or any of the provisions of this Act, for such duration, and subject to such conditions, as may be specified by the Minister in the order.
Pengecualian
Menteri boleh, atas syor Bank dan dengan syarat bahawa ianya selaras dengan objek dan fungsi Bank di bawah Akta Bank Negara Malaysia 2009 atau objektif pengawalseliaan Akta ini, melalui suatu perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, mengecualikan mana-mana orang tertentu atau mana-mana golongan, kategori atau perihalan orang, daripada semua atau mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini, bagi apa-apa tempoh, dan tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat, sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri dalam perintah itu.
