Financial Services Act 2013 s 266
The Bank may issue guidance in writing to any person or to any class, category or description of persons consisting of such information, advice or recommendation as it considers appropriate— (a) with respect to the provisions of this Act; (b) for the purpose of carrying out or achieving the regulatory objectives of this Act; or (c) with respect to any other matter which, in the opinion of the Bank, is desirable to give information, advice or recommendation.
Kuasa Bank untuk mengeluarkan panduan
Bank boleh mengeluarkan panduan secara bertulis kepada mana-mana orang atau kepada mana-mana golongan, kategori atau perihalan orang yang mengandungi apa-apa maklumat, nasihat atau syor yang difikirkannya patut— (a) berkenaan dengan peruntukan Akta ini; (b) bagi maksud menjalankan atau mencapai objektif pengawalseliaan Akta ini; atau (c) berkenaan dengan apa-apa perkara lain yang, pada pendapat Bank, perlu untuk memberikan maklumat, nasihat atau syor.
