s 267 Protection against suits and legal proceedings

No action, suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie or be brought, instituted, or maintained in any court or before any other authority against— (a) the Minister; (b) the Bank; (c) the Governor; (d) the Deputy Governor; or (e) any of its director, officers or employees or any person acting on behalf of the Bank, for or on account of, or in respect of, any act done or statement made or omitted to be done or made, or purporting to be done or made or omitted to be done or made, in pursuance or in execution of, or intended pursuance or execution of, this Act, or any order in writing, direction, instruction, notice or other thing issued under this Act if such act or such statement was done or made, or was omitted to be done or made, in good faith.

Perlindungan terhadap guaman dan prosiding undang- undang

Tiada tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau prosiding lain pun boleh diambil atau dibawa, dimulakan, atau dikekalkan dalam mana-mana mahkamah atau di hadapan mana-mana pihak berkuasa lain terhadap— (a) Menteri; (b) Bank; (c) Gabenor; (d) Timbalan Gabenor; atau (e) mana-mana pengarahnya, pegawainya atau pekerjanya atau mana-mana orang yang bertindak bagi pihak Bank, bagi atau disebabkan oleh, atau berkenaan dengan, apa-apa perbuatan yang dilakukan atau penyataan yang dibuat atau ditinggalkan daripada dilakukan atau dibuat, atau yang berupa untuk dilakukan atau dibuat atau ditinggalkan daripada dilakukan atau dibuat, menurut atau pada melaksanakan, atau penurutan atau pelaksanaan yang dimaksudkan akan, Akta ini, atau apa-apa perintah bertulis, arahan, petunjuk, notis atau apa-apa jua pun benda lain yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini, sekiranya perbuatan itu atau penyataan itu telah dilakukan atau dibuat, atau telah ditinggalkan daripada dilakukan atau dibuat, dengan suci hati.
