This Division shall not apply in relation to any transfer order which is sent through a certified designated payment system after the expiry of the day on which an insolvency administrator is appointed in respect of an operator or a participant of a certified designated payment system.
Perintah pemindahan yang dibuat selepas pelantikan pentadbir ketidaksolvenan
Penggal ini tidak terpakai berhubungan dengan mana-mana perintah pemindahan yang dihantar melalui sistem pembayaran yang ditetapkan terperaku selepas habis tempoh hari yang pentadbir ketidaksolvenan dilantik berkenaan dengan pengendali atau peserta sistem pembayaran yang ditetapkan terperaku.
