Financial Services Act 2013 s 43
For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Division shall not restrict or preclude any person from enforcing his rights under the law in so far as it does not affect the finality of the transfer order or the validity and enforceability of a netting arrangement under this Division.
Pengekalan hak
Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, peruntukan Penggal ini tidak menyekat atau menghalang mana-mana orang daripada menguatkuasakan haknya di bawah undang-undang setakat ia tidak menjejaskan kemuktamadan perintah pemindahan atau keesahan dan kebolehkuatkuasaan suatu perkiraan penghasilan bersih di bawah Penggal ini.
