Financial Services Act 2013 s 49
The Bank may require a registered operator of a payment system to comply with all or any standards as may be specified by the Bank under subsection 47(1), or any part of such standards, with such amendments as the Bank deems necessary, if the Bank is of the opinion that it is necessary to promote public confidence in, or for the safety, reliability and efficiency of, the payment systems of Malaysia.
Pengendali sistem pembayaran berdaftar untuk mematuhi standard
Bank boleh menghendaki pengendali sistem pembayaran berdaftar untuk mematuhi semua atau mana-mana standard sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Bank di bawah subseksyen 47(1), atau mana-mana bahagian standard itu, dengan apa-apa pindaan sebagaimana yang Bank fikirkan perlu, sekiranya pada pendapat Bank bahawa ia perlu untuk menggalakkan keyakinan orang awam dalam, atau bagi keselamatan, kebolehpercayaan dan kecekapan, sistem pembayaran di Malaysia.
