Financial Services Act 2013 s 91
(1) The Bank may specify standards on shareholder suitability to give full effect to Schedule 6. (2) Any person who has obtained the approval of the Bank under paragraph 90(3)(a) or the Minister under subsection 90(6) in respect of subsection 87(2) or 88(1), shall at all times comply with the standards as may be specified under subsection (1) to the satisfaction of the Bank.
Kuasa Bank untuk menentukan standard mengenai kesesuaian pemegang syer
(1) Bank boleh menentukan standard mengenai kesesuaian pemegang syer untuk memberi kesan sepenuhnya kepada Jadual 6. (2) Mana-mana orang yang telah mendapat kelulusan Bank di bawah perenggan 90(3)(a) atau Menteri di bawah subseksyen 90(6) berkenaan dengan subseksyen 87(2) atau 88(1), hendaklah pada setiap masa mematuhi standard itu sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Bank di bawah subseksyen (1) sehingga Bank berpuas hati.
