Financial Services Act 2013 s 99
No person shall enter into an agreement or arrangement for the reconstruction or amalgamation under the Companies Act 1965 of a licensed person except with the prior written approval of the Minister, on the recommendation of the Bank.
Kelulusan dikehendaki bagi pembentukan semula atau penggabungan orang berlesen
Tiada seorang pun boleh membuat perjanjian atau perkiraan bagi pembentukan semula atau penggabungan di bawah Akta Syarikat 1965 bagi orang berlesen kecuali dengan kelulusan terdahulu Menteri, atas syor Bank.
