s 100 Jurisdiction to try offences
Notwithstanding any written law to the contrary, a Sessions Court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and to impose the full punishment for the offence.

Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berlawanan, Mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini dan mengenakan hukuman penuh bagi kesalahan itu.
