Where in any proceedings under this Act, it is necessary to prove the accuracy of a metre or any other device for measuring petroleum, a certificate purporting to be signed by any officer responsible under any written law for the measurement shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein.
Bukti tentang ketepatan meter atau peranti lain bagi menyukat petroleum
Jika dalam apa-apa prosiding di bawah Akta ini, adalah perlu untuk membuktikan ketepatan suatu meter atau apa-apa peranti lain bagi menyukat petroleum, suatu perakuan yang berupa sebagai ditandatangani oleh mana-mana pegawai yang bertanggungjawab di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis bagi penyukatan itu hendaklah menjadi keterangan prima facie mengenai fakta yang dinyatakan di dalamnya.
