Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 s 126

(1) Subject to section 127, any person aggrieved by the decision of the Director General may appeal against the decision. (2) The appeal shall be made to the Tribunal within thirty days from the date the disputed decision was made known to the aggrieved person or within any such extension of time that may be granted by the Tribunal in the prescribed manner together with the prescribed fee.
Hak untuk merayu
(1) Tertakluk kepada seksyen 127, mana-mana orang yang terkilan dengan keputusan Ketua Pengarah boleh merayu terhadap keputusan itu. (2) Rayuan itu hendaklah dibuat kepada Tribunal dalam tempoh tiga puluh hari dari tarikh keputusan yang dipertikaikan itu dimaklumkan kepada orang yang terkilan itu atau dalam apa-apa tempoh perlanjutan masa sedemikian yang boleh diberikan oleh Tribunal dalam cara yang ditetapkan berserta dengan fi yang ditetapkan.
