s 129 Temporary exercise of functions of Chairman
Where the Chairman is for any reason unable to perform his functions or during any period of vacancy in the office of the Chairman, a Deputy Chairman shall perform the functions of the Chairman.

Jika atas apa-apa sebab Pengerusi tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsinya atau selama apa-apa tempoh kekosongan jawatan Pengerusi, seorang Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah melaksanakan fungsi Pengerusi.
