Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 s 143

(1) The Tribunal may request for any information as it may deem necessary for the purposes of exercising any of its powers and functions under this Act. (2) Any person who refuses to comply with the request by the Tribunal commits an offence.
Tribunal boleh meminta maklumat
(1) Tribunal boleh meminta apa-apa maklumat yang difikirkannya perlu bagi maksud menjalankan apa-apa kuasa dan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini. (2) Mana-mana orang yang enggan untuk mematuhi permintaan oleh Tribunal melakukan suatu kesalahan.
